2 1/2 TO 3 pounds will make 2 pints of frozen apple slices or 2 pints canned (slices or applesauce).
We will have many U-Pick varieties available this year. Some varieties that weren't available before have been added in a special U-Pick area for your convenience.
We have small wagons that you can pull out to the orchard and the pumpkin patch to gather the produce you desire. We will provide you with baskets and plastic bags for the apples. We don't allow anyone on a ladder for your own protection. Cars are not allowed in the orchard.
Most of the varieties will be in the market as well. They are all the same price whether we pick them or you pick them.
U-Pick varieties include Blondee, Gala, McIntosh, Honeycrisp, Early Fuji, Cortland, Jonagold, Golden Delicious, Red Delicious, Idared, Spy, Fuji, Pink lady and Evercrisp. They are listed in the order in which they ripen from August to late October.
How many apples do you need?
